Return Policy

At By Maria’s, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, our return policy is outlined clearly below.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

  • All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed. Wearing items is not allowed.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.


Return Process

  1. Request your return by emailing us at info@bymarias.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any potential customs fees or international postage charges.

  4. We strongly advise using a track and trace shipping method for your return to avoid lost packages.


Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and inspected for approval, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Refunds will only be issued if all conditions have been met.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages if the tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is entered during checkout, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer.

  • Address mistakes must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
